I found the staff at this hotel friendly and helpful. The location is indeed very central as Connaught Place is quite close. Housekeeping services were excellent. I particularly appreciated the work of Manvinder, Manoj, and Rajan. The front office staff proved very accommodating and efficient.
The in-room safe in my allocated room was insufficient for my needs. It was only big enough for phones money and passports. I would have liked the option of storing larger valuable items.

The pool offers a refreshing experience after a day out. The water temperature is well kept. I saw the gym next to the spa and it was quite small but included essential equipment. I observed good upkeep and cleanliness across all public areas.

My room was well kept with functional climate control. The breakfast buffet offered many options including both international and local dishes. The pool was large and clean and the gym featured updated equipment, including several treadmills. I also found the check-in process efficient and the staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival.
The furniture colors in my room didn't match the wall colors.

I found the room service really good, especially for dinner and breakfast. housekeeping kept everything super clean. Supervisor manoj badola ensured everything ran smoothly. the location proved very convenient, with access to various destinations. i appreciated the staff's constant willingness to assist with any requests.

i appreciate the hotel's proximity to connaught place. it made getting around simple. the staff was friendly. manvinder, manoj, and rajan from housekeeping were helpful. the front office staff were also accommodating.
the gym equipment seemed a little old to me. the air conditioning in the gym didn't work so well.

the room had amenities i needed as a traveler i especially liked the large bathroom. the staff displayed friendly service and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to assist me. the hotel is close to important places and , made exploration easy.
the hotel room showed some signs of wear and could use a refresh. i think updates would improve experience.

my room faced the back of another building the view was not good. the shower door seal was moldy it looked dirty. the bins lacked liners in both the bathroom and the room.
